This role is a rare and exciting opportunity to join our Finance team in an all-encompassing role with a clear career path for the right candidate.

Reporting to the Finance and Administration Manager, key responsibilities will include;

  • Contribution to preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Contribution to preparation and distribution of monthly financial and statistical reporting including variance analysis
  • Management of the payroll function
  • Labour and sales analysis and reporting
  • Production cost forecasting
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Assisting with preparation of workforce scenario planning and modelling.
  • Project work including analysis, systems and process improvement
  • Contribution to maintenance of general ledger
  • Assist with cash flow, asset register and CAPEX reporting
  • Adherence to accounting standards
  • Contribution to policy and procedure development and maintenance
  • Supporting and mentoring other team members

The ideal candidate will;

  • Hold a relevant tertiary qualification and/or equivalent experience
  • Be detailed focused and analytical by nature
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bring initiative, leadership and positive energy
