This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR Co-ordinator to join a dynamic, exciting family owned wine business in the Mildura area. In this position you will play a pivotal role in providing support to our team via an innovative and sustainable HR management system.

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for a range of duties which includes:

  • Providing guidance and support to middle management and supervisory team on team performance management
  • Conducting the end to end Recruitment processes for team member level recruitment drives including preparation of employee contract and remuneration schedules
  • Preparation of HR Recruitment, Health and Well-being and training budgets and variance analysis
  • Assisting with the achievement of workforce management strategies and associated succession planning and training outcomes
  • Implementation of HR initiatives and project works to continually improve HR systems and processes

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring your:

  • Qualification or relevant experience in HR or related discipline
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proven ability to manage performance issues in accordance with relevant legislation
  • Solid literacy and numeracy skills
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills with strong ethical mindset
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint
  • Ability to understand, interpret and apply relevant award and IR legislation
  • Experience managing Workcover Claims
