As our Supply Chain Administration Support you will be mentored by our passionate team committed to providing service that delights our customers.

Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for a range of duties including:

  • Completing account reconciliations for our advertising and promotional activities
  • Conducting monthly stocktake of finished goods and events merchandise
  • Processing Accounts payable and receivable invoice entry
  • Assist with the pre-bottling specs and preparation of post-bottling invoicing
  • Review and reconcile weekly warehousing charges and pick fees
  • Providing customer service support 

To succeed in this role you will need to bring your:

  • Superior time management skills
  • Proactive and professional attitude
  • Demonstrated experience in administrative duties
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills
  • Experience with telephone systems (MXIE highly regarded)
  • Current Drivers’ Licence
