Reporting to the Senior Lab Technician and Senior Winemaker, you will be joining the team on a Part-time basis and will be responsible for a range of duties including:

  • Assisting the Senior Lab Tech with ensuring efficient operation of Lab duties
  • Daily routine analyses and managing analysis requests
  • Conducting a variety of laboratory testing

This is an entry level position and a prime opportunity to embark on a long-term career in the Wine Industry.

To succeed in this role, you will need to bring your:

  • Basic high school level chemistry knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, be inquisitive and ask questions
  • Ability to self-manage, work autonomously and work apart of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to following procedures
  • Intermediate computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong communication skills


Scope of Hours:

A minimum of 15-18 hours per week, ideally across 3 days of the week.

There will be specific times of the year you will need to be available to support the team to cover leave and meet production requirements.
